Franca started her career in statistical analysis and progressed to doing what she is passionate about….. checking and verification! Franca has been a Management Systems Lead Auditor in the ISO Certification industry for over 25 years contracting her services to a number of Conformity Assessment Bodies.
Franca specialises in business management systems development and provides consulting services to a range of different industries including construction, architectural design, engineering and professional services which she delivers either face-to-face or remotely as per her clients’ needs or preference.

In order to maintain ISO certification and not fall behind with the mandated documentation, we will work with the business on an agreed regular basis to review and update documents and records on a risk basis and as required.
Undergoing an external audit can, for some, be a stressful and challenging experience. We will attend the external audit and assist the organisation as a facilitator so that the experience is a positive one!
An Independent Verifier’s role is to work independently from the Contractor and client teams, providing the client with confidence that contractual obligations are met, project risks are identified, and effective verification and monitoring systems are implemented.
